7. Refunds

If the program is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on core modules you have not completed.

Services are provided “as is”. We do not make medical, legal, or financial guarantees. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable professional or regulatory requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummitMark shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
